Ledian Cama has over 15 years of experience in U.S. taxation and accounting, with a focus on small to mid-sized privately held businesses and their owners. His areas of specialization include real estate and international taxation. Ledian advises individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs on a wide range of domestic and cross-border tax matters.

He began his career in New York City, where he worked with high-net-worth clients on complex tax issues and was mentored by some of the industry’s leading advisors. Before founding Cama & Cama, LLP, Ledian was a Tax Director at a top 10 CPA firm, serving premier domestic and international clients across various industries.

Ledian continues to collaborate with national firms, attorneys, consultants, and wealth advisors to provide clients with personalized service backed by the strength of a broader professional network. His approach combines strategic tax planning with a commitment to compliance and long-term value.
